What is included in the Starter Kit?

Everything you need to get started is included in the package, including SIM card (pre-installed in the phone), battery, charger, and a hands-free headset.

What is the Return Policy?

Phones are returnable within 7 days of purchase. You must have the original receipt, original packaging materials and all components. Phones purchased at retail stores may be returned to that store in accordance with the store's return policy.
