What is the Phone Card Feature?

Use your account balance anytime from any phone other than your TúYo Mobile phone. Make domestic or international calls to Latin America from your home phone, your friend's phone or from ANY phone other than your TúYo Mobile phone. It's an exclusive benefit just for TúYo Mobile users!

How can I use this feature?

Use a Local Access Number or an 800 number to make a call from a standard phone, just like a calling card.

What is a LAC (Local Access Number)?

Select a Local Access Number to make phone calls via the TúYo phone card feature. Dialing a Local Access Number will give you a cheaper calling rate than using the 800 number.

Can I make a call from a payphone?

Yes, you can use your balance from a payphone, but you will be levied a surcharge of 90 cents.

Are there any connection fees for the Phone Card feature?

No, except when calling from a payphone.
