Tuyo INC. is a financial technology company. Tuyo is not a bank, cryptocurrency exchange, or asset custodian. Tuyo facilitates self-custody, enabling users to have exclusive control over their funds through private keys they exclusively control and safe guard.

All trading, earning, and decentralized finance (DeFi) activities occur directly on decentralized protocols and blockchain networks. Tuyo does not intermediate these transactions and is not a party to these transactions.

Fiat currency services, including fiat-to-stablecoin conversions and virtual bank account number management, are provided by Bridge Ventures, Inc. ("Bridge"), a licensed and regulated money transmitter in the United States and compliant with relevant regulations in the U.S. and the European Economic Area (EEA). Bridge is not a bank.

Tuyo partners with Signify Holdings, Inc. ("Rain"), a financial technology company, for card issuance services. Rain is not a bank, exchange, or asset custodian. Cards are issued by licensed partner institutions pursuant to agreements and licensing requirements applicable in their respective jurisdictions.
